My Journey

As a military family member and a parent to neurodivergent children. Navigating frequent moves, I’ve learned to embrace change while facing the challenges that come with it. My experiences, shaped by a childhood in Northern Ireland and personal growth through therapy, have empowered me to advocate emotional expression and healthy boundaries. I believe in the transformative power of counselling and I am here to support others on their own journeys.

I’m passionate about supporting young people as they navigate the complex journey of growing up. Working closely with teenagers, I’ve seen first-hand how transformative it can be when they begin to feel more confident, grounded, and true to themselves. Adolescence can feel like a minefield with pressures from home, school, friends, social media, and the inner voice that questions everything all while trying to figure out who you are.

I also work with adults of all ages, many of whom are still searching for clarity about who they are, who they want to become, and how they’ve drifted from the person they once thought they were.  Do you ever sit and wonder how you got to this place?  How your life turned out like this?  That sense of disconnection can be deeply unsettling.

Life isn’t always easy. It can feel lonely, overwhelming, and painful. If you’re feeling lost or unsure of yourself, and you’re ready to take back some control and reconnect with who you truly are I’d love to hear from you.
